On June 1, 2002, Ms. Marshall received the highest honor
awarded by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and was commissioned a Kentucky
Colonel by Governor Paul E. Patton. Kentucky Colonels are noted for
being ambassadors of good will and fellowship around the world and The
Honorable Susan Palmer Marshall joins the ranks of other distinguished
honorees which include Senator John Glenn, Whoopie Goldberg, Tiger Woods
